Lokasi
Desa Tolok terletak dibagian barat ibukota Kecamatan Menyuke (Darit). Kondisi jalan dan jembatan menuju Desa Tolok terpantau baik.

Terdapat beberapa sekolahan disekitar Desa Tolok yakni SD Negeri 10 Tolok, SMP Negeri 6 Menyuke. Kondisi gedung ataupun fasilitas pendidikan terpantau sangat layak.

Desa Tolok berada dibawah pemerintahan Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak Propinsi Kalimantan Barat. Saat ini Kepala Desa Tolok dijabat oleh PJ Kades Ekron Silalahi, S.Kom menggantikan kades sebelumnya Yulianus Hel yang meninggal dunia.

Kasus korupsi, Kepala Desa Tolok sebelumnya berinisial "S" diduga melakukan penyalahgunaan Dana Desa tahun 2022 sebesar Rp. 683.400.000 dan kini menjadi tersangka, beliau telah diberhentikan sementara dan definitif dari jabatannya sebagai Kepala Desa Tolok.
